Nationstar is absoluty the worst company to deal with.Does not communicate and reports incorrect info to the credit bureau.
Worked tirelessly to fix the problem and we are in a continuous circle with NO results! They can't get their sh#@ together. We had a perfect payment until Aug 2015 when they made changes in the escrow account the never notified Equity Accelerator, third party, to collect tbe proper payment amount even though we were paying the adjusted amount in turned Nationstar sent a letter a month later stating our account was 30 days late and in default. They reported it to the credit bureau as late when in fact we are on a bi-weekly payment and 1 month ahead of our payment.
In July which they say is in default, we were making our Aug payment, Aug payment is covering Sept payment, so how can we be behind 30 days and in default? We get the same answers as everyone else "we will research the issueand get back to you", however we are still waiting for this to be resolved 30 days later. They will not admit their error and we are having difficulty getting the credit issue taken off our credit. We WILL get our loan refianced just to get Nationstar out of tbe picture.
30 years of mortgage companies and we have never had this kind of an issue. They have to be hiring the most illiterate bunch of people in the world in the resolution department I've ever seen!
They definitely aren't educated enough to understand the consumer to resolve complaints.STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM NATIONSTAR AS POSSIBLE OR YOU WILL HAVE NIGHTMARES!!!
